No dance or performance experience necessary, all levels welcome
Suitable for all bodies, identities, and confidence levels

During the burlesque course you can expect:

9-week journey of self-expression, confidence, and creative power - expanded and deepened into a full performance experience.
A rich exploration of burlesque history and its roots in rebellion, autonomy, and feminine power
Learning the art of striptease as an act of choice, confidence, and storytelling
Working with classic burlesque props including:
- Flowing organza boas
- Gloves and stockings
Optional tassel twirling for those ready to explore it - always encouraged, never required
Collaborating as a sisterhood to devise a powerful group performance that reflects your shared creativity

All guided by multi award-winning burlesque artist and co-creator of Cabaret Provocateur - Petit Pois, who will support and champion you every step of the way.

Over the 9 weeks you will need:

Bottle of water to stay hydrated
Clothing that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and free to move. Such as:
- Leggings, fitted tops, gym wear - whatever supports your body best
Heels are optional; flats or barefoot are always welcome
Gloves, Stockings & Pasties or Tassels (if you want to learn this element)
Additional costume elements that for your troupe performance. These will be decided by the group, typical examples are:
- Hats
- Lingerie
- Dresses
Any accessibility aids you may need. These may just be for class or something we can work into the act.

All costume elements are introduced gently as the course progresses. You will be given notice of which classes they are needed for. Every choice is yours - consent, comfort, and autonomy are central

Investing in yourself should be easy. So we have added some extra ways to pay:

We want burlesque to be accessible to everyone. So we now offer PayPal Pay-in-3 and PayPal Credit! Both are available at check-out.

PayPal Pay-in-3 allows you to pay one third today and split the remainder over the next two months. PayPal Credit allows you to pay nothing today and pay the cost back over a longer period. This option is normally interest free for the first 4 months, but requires minimum monthly payments.

At check-out simply choose one of the PayPal options under Express Checkout or Payment. A pop-up will redirected you to PayPal, where will be shown the options available to you. If you have any issues please reach out!
